Last day of School Reminders

Dear MPES Families,

As we wrap up a wonderful school year, I want to take a moment to thank you for your continued support, partnership, and involvement in your child’s education. It’s been a joy watching our students grow, learn, and thrive this year!

Just a few important reminders for our last day of school, this Wednesday:

• Early release is at 12:00 PM, so please plan accordingly. We begin dismissal at 11:45AM. Lunch will be served
• Report cards and score reports will be sent home on Wednesday for any student who does not have outstanding fees. If you have received a library, technology, or cafeteria fee notice that remains unpaid, you will not receive a report card or score report and they will need to be picked up from the school main office this summer once fees are paid or a payment plan created.
• The front office of the school is open from 8-4 Monday-Thursdays this summer.

• Our 5th Grade Promotion Ceremony will take place at 9:00 tomorrow morning as we celebrate our 5th grade students and wish them well on their next adventure. 
• Parents should not plan to enter our parking lot in the morning until after 8:20AM, as buses must enter prior to that time and entrance will be blocked.
• Please do not plan to check out younger siblings of our 5th graders for the ceremony. We invite you to bring them with you at 9:00AM for the celebration so as to limit the disruption to classroom activities. This will be an excused tardy for siblings only.
• We are unable to accommodate more than four guests per family. Please honor this request so all are able to enjoy the celebration.
