What Is Our Vex Robitics Team All About?

Our VEX Robotics club is an after‑school STEM opportunity for 4th and 5th graders who are interested in building, programming, and competing with robots. Because space on the team is limited, students join the club through a tryout and selection process that helps us form teams ready for success.

Using the VEX IQ robotics platform, students design, construct, and program robots to complete challenges and participate in friendly competitions with other schools. Through this hands‑on experience, students develop critical thinking, teamwork, creativity, and real‑world problem‑solving skills — all while having fun learning about science, technology, engineering, and math.
